Hello, I'm Maggie Rose. I am a performance artist, circus artist, and musician.

I've been working with professional photographers since I was 17 and with circus companies since I was 18. My areas of specialty include stilt walking, singing, fire eating, hula hooping, fire dancing, acrobatics, clown and serious character development. I have studied at theatrical and circus oriented schools such as Dell Arte International School of Physical Theater, UCB, Kinetic Theory. Though, most of my repertoire has developed through my experience in working with professional performance troupes.

I have worked with several different companies, created many diverse characters, and have performed in over 20 countries in 4 continents. Some of my career highlights have been international touring with musician and performer Emilie Autumn, performing at large scale festivals with avant-garde cirque troupe, Lucent Dossier, and singing in rock n roll band, Insects vs. Robots.

I am interested in working with creative, passionate and professional collaborators. My aspirations are not to be a model, but to create images and performances that are beyond words and reach beyond realms of normality. I enjoy working with cameras, audiences of all sorts, and hosting intimate and expansive connections through my creative outlets. I am willing to go to extremities of character and space and am not shy to do so.
