Short version:

I am mostly experienced in shooting people as they are, while they are doing whatever they like doing best. I like movement, action, and high contrast on the one hand and calm, simple shots on the other.

After a hiatus of several years I am picking up my camera again.

Long Version:
==========
Before going to art college I used to take the odd picture of people and events in my surroundings. Being part of the squatters-scene and not having to much sense in way of self-preservation, this lead to a lot of quite wild and crazy photos. Lots of movement, colours and hard-flash or long-shutter-time photos at underground parties.

During the time I spent at art college I still mostly took picture of the people I used to hang out with, but the emphasis shifted more to strong imagery, character shots and black & white photo's. I also started developing more of an interest for creating fake circumstances to create photos in.

After graduation real life set in. I spend a couple of years doing odd jobs and raising my kids. Now the kids are going to school and I have a steady job, I am finding myself with some spare time again. Slowly I am getting back in the habit of creating imagery to compliment my thoughts and feelings.

So here's hoping I get back into the routine of shooting people through a shiny lens.
