We are always looking for women of all ethnicities, styles and beauties. If you want to be part of our site, here is some basic information you need to know.
We shoot our studio work in Queens, New York and do location work in the surrounding areas like Manhattan, Long Island and Westchester. We do not shoot nude or lewd content. No degrading images or trashy poses. We strive to work with beauty and class.

Compensation: We pay our girls based on a commission, $2 for every person you refer to the site that subscribes to see your photos. We will also be integrating a store where your images will be sold on posters or t-shirts, you will be paid commission on that as well. You will not be successful if you do not market yourself and the site. We are looking for self promoters to help put the Carson Rose Girls on the map. Do not contact us if you are not willing to do the legwork; marketing materials will be provided to you with your own images on them.

There has been a huge response to our call for 'Rose Girls' and we only want the best that are willing to go the whole way. If you're still reading, I will explain how your session works and the details of our contract with you.

Your shoot. Bring 3 distinctly different outfits. If we are shooting location you will be told in advance. Outfits should be lingerie, bikinis, boy shorts, bras, panties and any 'fantasy' looks like the nurse or the school girl. (Not a Halloween costume.) Remember you are creating fantasies for your fans and viewers.
It's better if you can do your own make-up and hair so we can change halfway through easily. Your shoot will be video taped and edited tastefully for a 'sneak peek' montage with finished photos and music for our subscribers. You will be interviewed for this video as well so our subscribers can get to know their 'favorite Rose Girl'. Ex. What's your sexiest feature, whats the sexiest thing a man can do, what turns you on, reveal one of your fantasies, and the all important 'Why did you want to be a Rose Girl'.

You will choose a 'Rose' name and use this alias when promoting the site. Your real identity will be protected. Images shot for the site are owned exclusively by CrGrls.com and you will have no rights to use them in anyway, ever. If you do, you will forfeit any compensation. If you do not understand compensation please ask me to explain it again. I do not expect you to work for free either :) You will be asked to sign a contract to this effect.

Carson Rose has a dream, and you could be part of it. If you would like to be, email us a bio as well as available shoot times. If you schedule a shoot and cancel, you will not be rescheduled, so be crystal clear on your calendar now! We have a team of people who work with us and scheduling everyone is an exact science.
