Well, a little about me. I'm trying to take on photography as a hobbie, perhaps something more as time goes on and if my ability allows. Over my life (as short as it may be) I've done a lot of landscape, still life, and family photos. So not much of that carries over to model photos. What I'm looking for is experience, my hopes are to maybe find some kind photographers who will let me tag along and learn their ways, or perhaps local models who are just starting out would like to have a low pressure shoot and get some good shots in.

I own a Nikon D-80 which is mid-range Nikon and I'm not a bad shot but I'm lacking experience. In my teen years I've placed in the top 10 in some international competitions, again those were with still life photos. What I'm hoping to do is eventually do some very 'fantastic' shoots. I like shots that are unique and eye catching, almost like something you would see in a dream. I'm not going to pretend I'm something I'm not, I really don't have a clue about the whole modeling thing, but I want to learn, I do know how to use my camera and I'm not too bad of a guy.
