Matthew Burek is an American film director, producer, and screenwriter born September 30, 1988, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Growing up, he was passionate about story telling and adventure. After high school, Matthew studied filmmaking at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He quickly made a name for himself in the film community and after completing his program, he moved to Los Angeles, California.
