About Me

Corporate Representative and Writer for Aphrodite Fitness Magazine. I am a figure competitor and professed fitness nut-Mind, Body, Heart, and Soul. Health and wellness coaching, figure comp coach, and all over lifestyle coaching. My mission and ultimate goal is to continue to work, live, study, and love in a manner that inspires others to do the same. I am currently doing TFCD for shoots that will accentuate what I am working to acheive in the empowerment of other for their own goals in wellness.

I am extremely easy to work with and dependable, I like to have fun on shoots-I despise boring! I am up for adventurous and daring shoots that match my mantra of living life to the fullest. If I say I will be there I will. I spend alot of time, and sometimes money in preparation so I really really appreciate the same dependability. If I need to cancel in the event of an emergency I will always give you as much time as I have notice.

I am currently working on a fitness and photography studio in Lincoln and plan to offer both to rent for interested parties. Message me if you are interested in training sessions or studio rental after August 15th.
