Hi there! I'm CharlieJ, a photographer and member of the Professional Photographers of North Carolina (PPNC). I'm also a member of the Southeast Professional Photographers Association (SEPPA) & the North Carolina Press Association (NCPA). Credentials? Okay, that's done. But, you're reading this to know more about who I am ...so, you can come to some conclusion as to whether you can trust me or not, right?

Well, I have worked with 25+ MM models, plus dozens of others -- from first-timers to agency-signed models. I am easy to get along with, friendly, professional and passionate about photography. Currently, I am looking for models who need/want experience in front of the camera, or those looking to refresh their portfolio. I'm very open to models' ideas, so send me a message with YOUR ideas.

My photography has been published in various places -- such as Surreal Beauty Magazine & KEEL Magazine (online fashion magazines), TopGun (regional sports magazine) and business advertising. I'm a GoreDolls photographer. I also shoot as a freelance sports photographer for two local newspapers.

I have been a part of in person workshops hosted by several award winning photographers, including: Rachel Stephens, Hanson Fong, Lindsay Adler, Tamara Lackey, Alycia Alvarez, Jason Weaver (Mac Brown Photography), Tim Walden, Gary Hughes, Susan Torregrosa and Craig Lemere.

I have limited access to studios in Wilmington, Tabor City & Charleston. I also own all the equipment needed to shoot at most any location - including underwater. I will do trade/TF* shoots as time permits; and, paid photo shoots anytime. My travel radius is the Myrtle Beach & Wilmington areas... along with Fayetteville, Whiteville, NC, Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. Contact me and let's see if we can work together.
