Hello to all and thank you for becoming a part of Lomo Loven!

I consider myself an artist by nature. People are what drive me to do what I do. There is nothing like catching a person doing what they love best.

My Life History in Art:

My earliest memory of art in my life was when I was 4 years old. I could remember not being able to talk to people, so instead, I would draw them a picture to communicate my feelings or what I was going through. My situation at the time was something less to be desired.

I could remember moving to Atlanta in the 7th grade. We had an art competition from the surrounding schools. Before moving here I had never seen a homeless person. The site impacted me so much that I was driven to draw a picture of this lady holding a cup for change. I won 3rd place for this drawing.

Later we moved to Florida. Here I chased my dream to become an artist. I was in my second year of high school when I was approached by my art teacher. He said that I had been chosen to attend a school that was specially made for artistic kids. This was a real honor because only three people from each of the surrounding schools, was selected.

From this experience I had several of the leading art colleges from around the country contact me to come to their school upon completion of high school. I considered my options and decided not to attend an Art College and be what some call an “Outsider Artist.” I did not want my views and style influenced by formal training.

Later, I began promotional modeling which led to me to working in front of the lenses. At first I did it to help friends get their portfolios off the ground. I have been featured in galleries, and on websites. While doing this I studied under an amazing graphic designer who taught me the ins and outs of Photoshop.

With the combination of Photoshop, my artistic background, and my love for people I finally found the winning combination that makes me. This is what I do, know, and love.

The best part of taking pictures for me is getting to know the person in front of the lenses and editing the picture. From cropping the picture the right way to running my processes on them, I get to put my unique touch on each piece of work. I look at each image as I would a painting. I have finally found my true passion in life, photography.

Once again, Thank you for being a part of Lomo Loven and I hope that I get the chance to work with you.

When I am not snapping pictures I am painting on canvas or taking care of my beautiful son. If you ever get the chance to shoot with me you will more than likely get to meet him. I am always looking for fresh faces! My website will be up and running here soon! It is in the design phase as we speak. I am now doing Select TF shoots per assignment.

I dream big then go for the gold!

P.S. If you are needing a baby model, my son is available for bookings. He is currently 1 year old. You can find a couple pictures up of him under my pics.
