Hello to those who stumbled across this page, which has become more of an archive!

(Update for Spring 2024: Limited local availability only, as a figure or portrait model for artists who are drawing or painting. Priorities are given to emerging artists in need of educational experience or building a portfolio; then to locally-based artists who are seeking diverse models for an interesting project that aligns with my values.)

My name is Willow and I'm a multiethnic POC, neurodivergent and nonbinary human. Pretty much everyone guesses my age wrong, usually off by 10 to 15 years, but I was indeed born in 1975.

I began modeling rather unexpectedly when an acquaintance of mine asked me to for one of her art projects. Over the following years, I have worked with several Portland area photographers. I am no longer actively modeling although I am still open to artistic projects and working with emerging artists. I'm keeping this profile page primarily as a kind of monument, though I am not ruling out future collaborations (actually something I am starting to think about it again, especially in the context of art as a social practice).

These days I am primarily available for non-photographic art projects and learning experiences (such as figure and portrait studies) but if you're a photographer with an interesting artistic vision and in search of someone like me as a model, I may be open to it.
