Amanda Buckhave is an award winning emerging photographer out of Royal Oak, Michigan. She found her love of photography by spending long nights in a darkroom of Grand Valley State University developing black and white negatives and prints.

After graduating from Grand Valley State University with her bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Amanda attended the Hallmark Institute of Photography. There she emphasized in studio, commercial, and advertising photography. Her attention to detail and persistence earned her the Janice A. Bauch Award of Achievement recognizing her unwavering commitment and relentless dedication. She also had the honor of being chosen to have her work placed in the permanent collection of the Hallmark Museum of Contemporary Photography after it’s debut during a charity exhibit for Doctors without Borders.

Currently she works out of Royal Oak, MI specializing in Senior Portraits, Weddings, Families, Actor Headshots, and Retouching

Amanda is persistently striving for excellence and works to constantly evolve in a forever changing industry.
