About Me

My experience is in film and video, and making the transition to still photography has really been a challenge, but I'm taking them one at a time and hopefully my progress shows in my shots. I'm learning that good film habits don't necessarily make good still photography habits. The biggest adjustment has been lighting. I'm learning to love the flash, but I still tend to go with reflectors and available light, or tungsten so that I can more effectively "paint" my scenes. I know I have lots to learn so any feedback is welcome and appreciated.
