About Me

Hello there! My name is Jaimi. JLee Hazel in the modelling world.

As a teenager I was discovered by an agency called "Silver Screen Talent Group". They did one shoot for a portfolio which they charged me $500+ for. I got one audition that didn't work out and then never heard from them again. I was very discouraged and kind of gave up on the whole idea of modeling.

Over the last 7 years I have dabbled with modeling again but took a different path this time, and I completely love it.

I've had the opportunity to work with a few photographers, some of which are friends of mine and some new faces too. I have realized that I truly love being in front of the camera.

Of course I would love being paid to shoot, which I have done as well. With that being said, I am open to broaden my horizons in this field. I am looking to do more of both, paid and TFP/CD. I feel I have gained valuable experience over the last few years and love a challenge. I don't need much direction during shoots. If I'm advised of the theme that we are trying to achieve, that's usually the most direction I need. That's not to say that I can't follow instruction either.

I'm hoping I can find more local artists here in the Tri-City area, on ModelMayhem. I want to collaborate with some new faces, and work more with previous photographers as well. I want to continue to learn, grow and build my experience and strengt, as well as find and work on my weaknesses

*** UPDATE *** As of September 3rd, 2015
I have been on hiatus since March 2011 due to medical issues. I am still dealing with these issues but am getting more involved in shooting again and want to regularly. I would love to shoot with you, I just may need a few more breaks to cope with pains. Other than that, I'm very excited to work with more photographers and models. Much bless ❤️

Hi Jaimi! Just viewed your portfolio, and was very impressed with your beauty confidence and posing skills! With you images becoming somewhat older, I thought perhaps you might be looking to add some newer shots. The pandemic put many models and photographers (myself included) on pause. Now, as it diminishes, I am again ready to resume shooting. As a very experienced photographer, I do sometimes offer selected models Trade (TF) shoots to expand both our portfolios. Though based in Sudbury, I often travel to other Ontario cities for shoots. One of my more recent shoots war near you in Waterloo. I would consider offering you such a shoot. If that is of interest, please let me know, and we can plan to get you rolling again.

Would you be interested in an outdoor photo session in downtown Paris in one of my concepts or your own?

I'm interested in photographing a model in Paris's downtown, perhaps on One of the streets, based on some of my concepts, or even your own if it seems interesting. Have a look at my profile and let me know. I want to photograph on a Saturday afternoon.

This is a "TIME-FOR-CD (digital images)" session.

Here are some ideas:

-In a Park
-Beside City Landmarks
-Street Scenes, strolling, by shop fronts
-Near (and also as backgrounds) Colourful and/or Antique Buildings, Catchy Architecture
-Among Trees, on Nature Trails, near flowers/gardens
-Clothing/Outfits: High-Fashion, Fitness, Anything, Sporty, Bikini
-Complementing Accessories and Props
-Swimming-Pool
-Inside apartment scenes
-Paparazzi Style high-contrast grainy Black & White

-Time of the photo-session: around 4.30 pm - 7.30 pm to get beautiful side-light and warm sunset golden magic-hour glow, and also twilight.

I would like to do the photo-session in Paris as it is very colourful and has a lot of character and we can do many scenes and places which are right new to each other, so just casually walking around and shooting, perhaps?
