I'm Maelina, and I have a personal media business, MDMedia, which encompasses my photography business, degrassephotography. I am mostly a portrait and lifestyle photographer, most of my work involving non-models or up-incoming models who pay me to shoot them. I do some families and weddings, etc. But mostly I enjoy doing creative shoots, where I can work with my models and collective create great art. I have a passion for portrait photography, and prefer shoots that are natural and capture exquisite moments and the beauty that lies within each person.
I have never hired professional models before, I have only been hired. However I would like to broaden the range of people that I work with, as well as my portfolio, and for some of my specific shoots, I would like to reach out to local models, not only because they have more experience, because I guess in a way we'd be helping each other move forward.
