On my 12th birthday, my Dad gave me one of his old cameras. He wasn't joking when he said that, "One of the biggest mistakes I ever made was not buying stock in Kodak, when I gave him that camera." While in the Coast Guard, I've seen, and photographed, places that most people don't even know exist; but I prefer shooting with people. I love the challange of capturing, "The Moment". I thoroughly enjoyed shooting a second cousin, and her best friend, for entry into the Ujena Swimwear Calendar contest, for Northern California. Out of over 200 entrants, both of my subjects made the calendar, (but that wasn't all due to my skill with a camera). I want to join Model Mayhem to increase my opportunities to photograph models.
