About Me

I am a fitness and Nutrition Specialist. I went to school at Texas State University where I got my BS degree in Exercise and Sports Science and Minor in Nutrition. I am the founder of a company called Perfection Fitness. Here at Perfection Fitness I am a personal trainer and I make customized nutrition plans. I am always had a passion for fitness and nutrition since I was a child. I am a national body builder competitor, fitness model, and I am nationally certified. This last year was my first year to compete and do some fitness modeling. I competed in the Ronnie Colman Classic and the USA Body building Championships in Las Vegas. I have done several photo shoots this past year for mostmuscular.com, muscle magazine international, and a DVD for Labrada Nutrition on how to gain quality muscle. This should be coming out very soon. Along with several other photo shoots this past year. My goals for this upcoming year (2011) are mainly to do as much modeling as I can whether it is fitness modeling or milk commercial and I am hoping Model Mayhem will get me some leads for me to accomplish those goals. I am always in shape and ready to go!
