Greetings! My name is Rosey, I am a hairstylist and makeup artist in Sacramento. I'm hoping to expand my portfolio working with models, photographers, and photo editors. I've been doing makeup for about 15 years and recently decided to take it to the next level and push to make it my full time career. I love the art form of makeup, faces are my palette. I feel my strengths are my ability to work with all skin tones and that I always strive to bring polish and sophistication to the looks I create.
