Well, for starters my name is Bailey Michelle. I've always had a passion for hair and makeup and recently decided to make a career out of it. I just began my education at the Aveda Institute Charlotte studying Cosmetology.

Seeing as my education has just started, I try and get as much practice as possible. Mannequin heads have taken over my apartment! I've done some work for my friends and friends of friends- Just doing what I can to get myself out there and get the hands on experience.

My expectations as of now for this site? Networking. I know there is so much to be learned from others that are out there doing this everyday. Others that have the experience I lack. I feel as if you can never learn too much. That's what I love about this industry- The styles and trends are ever-changing.
