Kathryn has a made a big mark on the professional hairdressing industry in a small amount of time. She took 1st place in Chicago’s ABS student Trend Vision competition in 2011, which led her to compete in the national competition where she received the bronze reward. She has a love for short sculpted haircuts and finds passion in defining shapes with unique color. Kathryn is a proud member of the award-winning RAW team, Team I.C.A.N. and works daily behind the chair at Root Salon, in Minneapolis. She continues to take every opportunity as a learning experience. “I feel one can never stop learning, as artists, we should always desire to acquire more knowledge.”
