Tam's career trajectory thus far has afforded her invaluable and extensive exposure to the inner workings of the fashion and entertainment industries. Specifically, this experience included several years working in corporate marketing for the Sony Music Group as well as BET Networks. During this time she was responsible for creating the overall image for recording artists and developing marketing and advertising campaigns. Working with stylists and make-up artists behind the scenes piqued her interest to follow a lifelong passion to make others look and feel beautiful.

Utilizing a mix of eclectic cultural influences and a discerning eye, Tam meticulously brings harmony between hair, make up, and wardrobe.

Tam has worked with celebrities such as Singer Beyonce. Supermodel Naomi Campbell, Victoria Secret Angel Selita Ebanks, Model Joan Smalls, R & B Singer Jazmine Sullivan, America's Next Top Model Judge Jay Alexander, Pop Singer Shontelle, and Sports Illustrated Model Damaris Lewis. Tam’s work has been featured in media outlets such as Allure, Essence Ebony, and HGTV.
