Having studied for 4 years at Napier University in Edinburgh, Louise graduated with a BSc Hons in Industrial Design. Following that she then gained a PGCE in Design & Technology Education (Secondary) from Strathclyde University.
With 10 years experience in delivering Design & Technology education, Louise has established her own fashion label called LHG Designs within her business www.weddingandbaby.co.uk. LHG Designs specialises in Vintage and Vintage inspired Wedding Accessories and bespoke women’s accessories. Her work to date has seen her design for The X Factors's Kandy Rain Girl Group, Sir Alex Ferguson's neice and has had editorial coverage in the Daily record. “LHG Designs” has had her designs worn to red carpet film premieres in Ireland.

Louise takes her inspiration from the current wedding trends and the world of couture fashion. Her designs are coveted by both brides and fashionista's. The use of swarovski crystals, pearls and upcycled vintage jewellery give Louise’s creations the heirloom quality her customers desire.
