My name is Nicholas P. Maloney, I'm a 31 year old photographer based in Kansas I shoot nature, weddings, family & pets and modeling photography, though at this present moment I prefer anything but the damn weddings. They're a great source of income, but God, they're a huge pain in the ass! I shoot two types of modeling photography, standard and cosplay. I started shooting small no name models, who were mainly a few of my good friends, only two had actual experience in the field. Since 2003 I have shot exactly 19 models with various talents and visions. I currently do not work in a studio, but in my opinion no backdrop could ever replace the lush backgrounds provided by Mother Nature. I've never shot a swimsuit model, one thing that I hope to do one day. I do have my first photography book in mind, the details will be further below this section on my profile. A few things you should know about me
-I'm a short guy, but I HATE being reminded of it
-I'm a scifi nerd
-I'm an anime nut
-I love horror movies, I tend to laugh at them
-I don't want to fucking date you...
-Photography is MY life, MY passion
-I cosplay
-I have no patience for stupid people
-I have yelled at people in the background to get the hell out of the photo
- My main model is Amber, she's been with me since the beginning
-I shoot in graveyards sometimes, but I always say a small prayer before going in
-I don't care if you're a famous model or not, if you don't want to work with small town photographers like me, just say so
-I do not work in a studio atm
-I can be quite anal about shots, this is very rare though, but I warn you just the same
-I cough a lot, this however does not mean that I am sick
-Time is money, lets not waste it shall we?
-If you don't like my photography or the models I've worked with, I really don't care. Keep the drama out of work
-I'm generally a nice guy until you piss me off
-If you have an escort for the shoot, that's quite perfectly fine as long as they stay back and let me work
-At the end of each shoot and during shoots, I always supply drink such as water and so forth, don't want your model to pass out on you, its bad juju
-If you travel to me for the shoot, I usually book up a local hotel for you to stay in
-Lastly, I like to have fun during the shoot, make things interesting and just have fun during everything. It makes for a happy photographer and happy models, the perfect combo.
