Creative portrait photographer who loves shooting creative portraits and working collaboratively with models to achieve powerful images. I shoot with pro gear and off camera lighting. Most of my work is outdoor or onsite locations and I will rent a studio when it suits the project.

Current interests: I’m studying the work of Peter Coulson and his style of capturing models. It’s all about the eyes and rather than static poses he works with his models to “flow from pose to pose” and capture the emotion in the eyes.

I’m also interested in doing more portraits in the city in unique locations adding off camera lighting to elevate the mood of the portrait.

I enjoy working with both new and experienced models. I will shoot TFP when it suits us both and I work with paid models as well. I tend to do TFP with models who like to collaborate and go for interesting images - experimenting and having fun.

I occasionally shoot artistic nude and implied nude but only when the model specifies that she shots that style. I will always be respectful in every situation and will never ask you to shoot something you are not comfortable doing. (see my artistic nude portfolio under user 2133485)

My preference is to create a mood board for both of us before shooting and determine what the model is seeking to achieve while understanding boundaries.
