I Chris Gilbert (founder of Jaythan Photography) has always had a passion for everything art related. With all this passion came a heavy heart. Therefor the goal was set to expand my knowledge of the art world began

As a child i would draw and doodle. and was always told i had a talent and should follow it. but it wasnt til i was a little older i relized maybe they were right.

Later in life i choose to go to college and enrolled for the usual computer degree but found myself taking art , photography, digital arts, and jewelry classes more than the classes i should. so it was present to me that my love was beginning to show.

i have now been to 4 semesters of b&w photography classes in college. 2 semesters of digital art. 1 semester of jewelry and 7 years of freelance photography. My passion continues to grow to constantly want to learn more and test my abilities.

A qoute that always held true to me from many years ago is this. and i will always hold this close to my heart.

You can be anything
you want to be.

The saddest thing in life
is wasted talent.


If you've got talent and do the
wrong thing, nothing happens.


But when you do right,
good things happen.
