Photography has always held an interest over me. I thought everybody loved photography but i learned there's an important difference between pictures and photography. I want to create art, not just snap and clicks. But along with that I want photography that is unifying and not elitist. I'm like this with all my art which is a big reason why i'm part of a little collective called Common Folk.

I enjoy photography as more of a lifestyle in the sense of it being a part of everyday life and not solely stagnant studio shots. To me the behind the scenes, spontaneous, or haphazard moments that get captured are what really draws my eye.

With that said, I've also become more interested in trying to create and compose photos in collaboration with models whether just hanging out or in a studio setting with 'proper' lighting. Regardless I want it to be fun because I believe that the energy and subtleties of a shoot really show through in the final image.
