BIO

I am 5'10 and have been bodybuilding/weight training for nearly 30 years and a personal trainer. I attribute my youthful look to my weight training, nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
I am a very dependable individual with a strong work ethic, fun, easy going and have a great attitude.
I have modeled throughout the United States for magazine layouts and print ads. I am most noted for posing in Playgirl as the winner of their top 10 sexiest men contest.  I also appeared on Good Morning America.                                 

Throughout years 2000-2006, I have continued my modeling career while playing guitar, writing songs, doing commercials in my local area, and developing my acting skills.
