My name is Blaise Lara Gresley, and I'm a Make up artist and Hair stylist currently living in Southampton.
Known as the 'odd little northerner' by close friends, with a fuzz of curls and bright red lipstick, I tend to lean towards anything wacky and weird within make up but I can also appreciate the beauty in classic designs.
My true passion lies within tv, film and live performance, in particular special effects and prosthetics which is eventually the industry I want to progress into.
Absolutely worship the work of director Guillermo del Toro such as Pans Labyrinth, and really interested in the fine line that connects the genres of horror and fantasy.
So far I've had experience in Liverpool, Chester, Southampton, London and Sweden, and have worked on photo shoots, music videos, short films, catwalks and burlesque, so I'm literally up for trying anything!
From this site I would love the opportunity to network and experiment with different ideas when shooting and filming, with people who share my interests and have a passion for what they do.
