About Me

I am the proverbial Brooklyn New Yorker at the core. Train maps by memory, and restaurant choices by word-of-mouth. I'm definitely a sucker for a good bar-lounge, anything Kenneth Cole, and the honesty of body language. I've been serious about good health and body conditioning for about 4 years now, and am privileged to have a personal trainer for a brother. I've always preferred a bulky look, but shed a few pounds recently for cardiovascular health, and found something shocking. I discovered that I DO actually have abs, and yes, they ain't half bad. One or two compliments on them later, and here I am.
