Haruka Hirooka is a Make Up artist who graduated from cosmetology school in Japan and completed her study in Master Make-up Artistry which includes special effects Make-up and character make at the make-up school, Make-up designory, in New York City. She's had experience on many NYC fashion shoots. Haruka is a well rounded artist, specializes in fashion make up and she would love to work in a lot of fashion shows. She also studied painting, design, three dimensional art at high school. So she has studied a lot of creative skills to do about make-up.
