Hey Im a personal trainer uptown and obviously love fitness of any types but my main passion is martial arts i have been training a few different ones over the years such as kung fu, karate, boxing, muay thai kickboxing and taekwondo but Kung Fu Wing Tsun is my strongest wich i prefer.
