Raul has been shooting professionally for over twelve years in Miami, New York and currently North Carolina. He has had the great fortune to assist some of the industry’s best photographers before that and even earlier was trained in the art of photography by his father, Raul Rubiera Sr. Raul is currently the Photography Editor and Main Photographer for the Fayetteville Feed Magazine.

Raul Rubiera Sr. has been shooting professionally for over forty years. He has done constant freelance work, spent 18 years at the Miami Herald, where he has received awards from NPPA, Picture of the Year, and World Press Award in 2000 for his work embedded with the F.A.R.C. in Columbia.He continues his work as a photojournalist.
