TF: I think there are many interesting avenues to pursue with photography that arent always commercial. To that end, I do enjoy fun/interesting/experimental/boundary pushing TF projects. Just msg if interested and let's see what we can do! But keep in mind, "Headshots" is not a concept.

Here is my take: experienced models treat this as a job and dont need them and INexperinced models I would rather meet up with ahead of time to discuss the shoot anyway! There are far better alternatives:
Check model references!
Meet ahead of time
meet someone dropping you off and returning
