My name is Pip and I have been drawing since an early age, but have only just started to take it seriously over the past few years. I have been a lurker on Model Mayhem for a while but have decided to join up as I am looking for models to work with to create some new work.

I attend life drawing classes regularly and some of the pieces here are from those sessions. I am a cartoonist at heart and am enjoying bringing those skills into a life drawing environment.

I have had work published in the past and am looking to have more published in the future. I am currently looking at working on a series of portraits/paintings which will mix classic styles with my cartoon work.

Although I am happy to paint both sexes I prefer to work with females. My influences are Elvgren, Coop, Glen Barr, Deldini, Schiele, etc which is why the female form is so important to me.

I have chosen to show my life drawing and girlie work as it seem most pertinent to this sight, however I also have a love of drawing animals, monsters, and have just started dabbling in landscapes.
