Joey Rodriguez (aka J-Rod) is a Fitness Expert, hot up and coming Chicago based actor, and top male model. Loving to train and help others workout, he is a self confessed "Fitness Junkie" with his own successful body transformation. Going from "scrawny to brawny", he developed his own muscle gainer program, leading him to gain over 50 pounds of rock solid muscle. He is a fitness model/trainer in the new fitness DVDs JNL Fusion created by international fitness model Jennifer Nicole Lee.
