I've done a lot of things but I won't claim to have mastered any of them. I've worked with traditional and digital media and I dabble in photography. Recently I've begun to specialize in a particular style of digital abstract art. Some examples of this can be seen in my portfolio here. More of my work can be seen at visitant.deviantart.com. What I show here is not nearly everything that I do, but I try to only put things here that are relevant to a modeling site.

I take photos mostly for use in support of my digital and traditional projects, but I'd like to learn more about photo-editing and retouching. I still have a lot to learn in this area, but I do know how to use a camera and I keep getting a little better every time. I am trying to get some practice working with people and acquiring a collection of my own photos of people (models) to use as references in the hopes that I'll gain additional creative freedom.

I have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) and an A.A. in Visual Arts and I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering. This gives me a different way of seeing and approaching the world from most others. It strongly influences my approach to my work. I also have rather severe constraints on my time depending on how things are going at work as a graduate research assistant.

I decided to join the site to hopefully increase the visibility of my work, and possibly to locate models and photographers to work with on projects. I do accept commissions depending on the project.
