November 2013 and haven't been on here for a while so thought it was time for an update. Been training hard at the gym recently and its starting to show. Been doing a couple of shoots recently and will update my portfolio with pictures when I get them. In the meantime I have put up a coupe of 'selfies'

Older guy, early 40's, salt and pepper short hair, beard greying too. Tall, broad and getting more muscular all the time , as I work out all the time. Big chest and arms. Typical rugby player look as I can look mean and moody, but nice guy at heart and easy to work with.
