Over the next year Sam will appear in five feature films including the psychological thriller “Farmhouse” with Kelly Hu and Drew Sidora, the comedy “The Melting Pot” with Lawrence Jacobs and Vida Guerra, the horror film “The House that Jack Built” with Gail O’Grady and Joe Mantegna, he will also star opposite Samantha Ronson in the investigative drama “Marked”. Next up Sam will star opposite Ice T in the film “Crossing the Line” and will also play ayoung doctor who comes to the aid of a mental patient in the independent film “Manic”.

Aside from acting, Sam has been one of the top ten male models in the fashion industry over the past ten years. He was the face of Tommy Hilfiger for over six years and is one of three black male models ever to sign an exclusive contract with a designer alongside Tyrese and Tyson Beckford. Sam has walked the catwalk for such designers as Gucci, Versace, Jean Paul Gaultier, DKNY, Jean Phillippe, Hugo Boss, and many more. In 1998 Sam was also the recipient of the prestigious MAA awards for New Male Model of the Year and in 2003 Sam received a male model of the year award at the Urban Fashion Awards. Last year Sam signed on as spokes model for French designer Jean Phillippe and was named by European Men’s Fashion magazine as one of the top male models in the world. Sam is also a very established television host and was the co host of the MTV hit show “Yo Momma” with Wilmer Valderrama. The past three years he worked as a co host for ABCs “The Soap Network” and last year covered the red carpet for the Daytime Emmy’s. Sam will release his first single “She Got Me on 1” for the soundtrack album “Life of an Entertainer” later this year, along with the music video. Look for the album to be released next spring. “I’m gonna surprise a lot of people with this album. The music is hot, fun, and catchy and it’s all about my life”. With a bio-documentary show “Life of an Entertainer”, appearances on the Fox hit show “24”, modeling campaigns all over the world, a MySpace fan base, and music across the airwaves, looks like Hollywood’s next break out star is set to be broken.
