“Photography is an occupation that uses both sides of your brain”

I have been studying photography for over 15 years now, but have only been doing it professionally for a few years. I have done all kinds of photography from weddings to product photography, but lately have been more interested in working with models and helping to develop portfolios.

The way I view being a photographer is that I have been entrusted with an idea and it is my job to bring that idea to life... I like most photographers am on a life long journey learning how to illicit an expression from people... to make them feel comfortable…all while trying to work though a million different technical aspects. This is where the two sides of my brain come in.

With that in mind I love working with models that have their own ideas and bring more than just a pretty face to what I consider a real collaborative effort to create art. I can take pictures of anything all day long, but what I want to do is create art.

I am really busy and as such I am selective about the TF work that I do, but that is not to say that you should not ask. If you have a good idea, a fun concept, or simply something that I have not done before I will make the time for it.
