Michael Schmidt is a 32 year old, born in Brooklyn, New York. He studied at the School of Visual Arts, in Manhattan, NY. Michael has studied abroad in both China and France and is considered a street and portrait photographer. Michael is a 2012 PDN photo annual award winner and is a student of The Eddie Adams Workshop Class of XXV 2012. Some of his publications include: Photographer’s Forum Magazine, Photo District News, One Life, The Washington Post, National Geographic, and others.
