ThisIsFemale is a collaborative Instagram photography portfolio project shot by a team of two Los Angeles based photographers (male and female). Originally from the Tampa Bay Area in Florida.

The brand celebrates the authentic female form. The power, the beauty and the expression that each woman brings to her own representation of herself. Combining two decades of portrait photography experience and a strong desire to see all women soar in this flawed and often challenging industry.

TheisFemale is your tool to elevate your modeling, acting or creative professional portfolio project to the next level.

Working all around Los Angeles and surrounding areas, ThisisFemale arrives at each shoot in a male & female team format having studied your previous work and prepared to cast you in the best light on your portfolio. We are very flexible on location and the look that will best describe you. We bring all necessary lighting and photography / videography equipment and will make sure your vision is embodied when the shutter is finally pressed. Additionally we collaborate with makeup / hair artists and similar upon request..

Post shoot you can expect a very fast turn around in flexible digital formats depending on your project.
