My background includes experience in electronics engineering, nursing as a RN, paralegal, published author, and professional photographer. Each of these prior experiences taught me new skills for my artistic craft in photography. I understand the engineering and technical side of the equipment I use; I have been in high stress situations to meet deadlines as a nurse and am calm under pressure; the paralegal experience taught me the value of good contracts and legal terminology; and as a published author I understand the importance of networking in an industry and marketing. Together, I have a solid understanding of how to accomplish a look and the artistic mindset to push creativity.

Currently I am looking only to work with a very select set of models, shooting only a few times (6-10) a year, to achieve the best possible photos I can. This means, the model will get edited photos and more for their time. Contact me for details or to talk about booking!
