About Me

I retired about one year ago and my wife Bonnie and I started taking pictures of our grandchildren in a little "studio" we set up in the garage. Our kids loved them and that inspired us to get more serious about it. Since then we've both taken a photography class at the local community college and are having fun learning as we go. Since the lighting in our "studio" was so bad we tend to do shoots outdoors, but if you would like to pay to rent a studio for us to shoot in we can try to arrange that. We only charge for supplies right now since we are still learning and would love to branch out to other areas of photography. We also volunteer to help any local photographers with anything they need during their shoots so we can watch and learn. Especially anyone who can help us learn more about artificial lighting. We've also been doing more high school senior pictures than anything and really enjoy it.

Hey, I'm interested to come to America in future but at the moment while traveling is still difficult, I am offering remote shoots in Melbourne until March 4th. I'm currently working with other photographers to do remote/virtual shoots but I hope in future to get my own gear & do more on location remote shoots. I have a city central apartment with a rooftop balcony, large natural light windows, a range of backdrops & can use the buildings facilities of a gym, spa, pool & sauna as well as the indoor concreate fire escape. My rates for remote shoots are less than what I charge for in person shoots. Let me know how many hours you would like me to quote you for & if you like to pay by PayPal or a bank transfer to my UK bank or AUS bank. We would tether the camera to the laptop & screen share so you can control the settings/shots. We can chat over FaceTime or WhatsApp during the shoot.
