I have been a member of several youth theatres and amateur dramatics societies; I am therefore a confident person. This aids my ability to communicate to and in front of any number of people. In addition I am an extremely sociable person and enjoy meeting new people and keenly take on new challenges. I believe that these qualities contribute to my customer service skills which are well developed. My work in the promotions industry has furthered my confidence in talking to new people and encouraged my desire to familiarise myself with diverse environments. Promotional work has also significantly improved my communication skills, which are of a high standard. My studies in English Literature have developed my ability to articulate myself according to a range of briefs. I always give 110% to any task undertaken; I form positive working relationships with employers, clients and fellow staff alike. As a result, I always enjoy my work; I operate efficiently under pressure and respond excellently to both positive feedback and constructive criticism.
