I recently relocated to the NY/NJ area from Richmond, Virginia where I was trained with top Cosmetic companies such as MAC, CHANEL, Bobbi Brown and Shesiedo Cosmetics. As a lead makeup artist for Retail Giants Macys’, Nordstrom and MAC cosmetics stores, I learned the fundamentals and dynamics of being a top professional makeup artist. I really enjoy working as a freelance makeup artist as it gives me the freedom to be creative and help push my artistry to the next level. I also enjoy learning more about my craft as I understand this is a constantly evolving career. Makeup has and will always be my passion and you can see that in the work I display. My clients are always treated with respect and dignity, I believe in being ethical and on time and I make it my top priority to make every person who sits in my chair feel as if their concerns are my very own.

While training in Virginia, I continued to pursue my dream as a top freelance artist by working the East Coast. On this pursuit I managed to book contracts with BET, COCA -COLA, music videos, and more. My professional demeanor and fun personality continues to land me gigs well beyond what I dreamed of. My extended training came from top celebrity makeup artists who were willing to take the time to train a young and enthusiastic up and coming makeup artist. I learned much about the business such as how to handle invoices, pay rates, and most importantly, commitment to your job. The skills I acquired training with these pros has made me the artist I am today.

Recently, I have been focusing more on beauty basics for my personal clients and more creative, edgy and editorial looks for my portfolio starting trends I wasn’t even aware of. I enjoy working with people who are as passionate about what they do as I am. Working with industry professionals helps the day run smoother and makes my job much easier. I enjoy the challenges of being a top makeup artist as well, I find possibility anywhere and I know where there is a will there is a way. This will keep me ahead of the competition, and I am willing to give my all to prove that. I really hope I have the chance to work with you and your team. I will be obliged to show you my work and discuss future projects with you. I work very hard and I am very dedicated to what I do. Given the opportunity I will let my work speak for itself.
