i have been in to photography since 1978 , I started out doing Portraiture with an old Canon film camera, also had a Russian Zentih EM 35mm camera.I was so pleased to briefly meet my musical idol, George Harrison in his black Porsche out side the gates of his lodge. i got the picture , it was then that i realised how lucky I was capturing a moment in time.Then i got married and sort of got side tracked, knocking nails in walls and all the other malarkey that goes with married life..
I found that my friends were also getting married asked I'd photograph their Weddings ...that opened up a financial out let I hadn't really thought about. I now have the Fuji GFX and the Fuji Xt2, plus the Sony A7ii which is brilliant for Weddings .I love Portraiture for an immediate capture and its a more considered media, than flying by the seat of your pants at a wedding.
