About Me

Hi there, my name's jme and I design eco-friendly women's wear. O U T L Y I N G grew out of a need for handmade, inhouse production of upcycled or dead stock fabric and unwearable vintage garments. Most O U T L Y I N G designs are made from vintage materials with a modern twist and reconstruction. I've worked for such labels as Isabel Toledo, Madison Marcus, Twig, Jamison, and Robert Rodriguez.

At Model Mayem, a goal of community with fellow fashion industry peeps, outreach, and publicity are honored with care. Eventually the end goal would be to grow into more mass production with several inhouse sewers and patternmakers and of course to be sold at more stores.
