Taryn Shea Loughran lives her life with passion and a strong belief that it is everyone’s birthright to pursue and achieve their dreams!

Born and raised in Alberta, Canada, Taryn is one of those people who fall effortlessly into the category of ‘natural athlete’. Throughout her childhood she was a devoted track and field athlete and filled her extra time with snowboarding and soccer.

Her natural amb...ition and urge to travel and explore the world outside her small town led her on what could be called a voyage of self discovery soon after leaving high school with a year of backpacking and working on the east coast of Australia being first on the agenda. On returning home the restless spirit within her rose again leading her to the Rocky Mountains where she lived and worked on a ski resort for a season followed shortly afterwards by a Backpacking trip in Thailand for forty days.

Her life then took on a whole new dimension when she landed a contract with Disney World and while working for them met the man who was to become her husband during a vacation in the Bahamas.

Of course all the travelling did not do Taryn’s waistline any favors and, after settling in Florida, she decided to begin the transformation that has led to her becoming a fitness model and a national competitor.

During the pursuit of her true passion in life Taryn has tried many different jobs and careers – including nursing school, dental assisting and bridal consultant to name but a few – however she has discovered that she is at her happiest and most fulfilled when she is helping others achieve their goals.
Her own transformation is nothing short of incredible having lost over 50lbs and 12 sizes and she now hopes to put all her experience to good use and truly help others to improve their health and live their lives with the passion that comes from being fit and active.

As she herself says, “I feel so blessed to have had so many amazing experiences in my life and it’s only getting better each day because I believe in myself and have an unwillingness to settle!”
