NEWS RELEASE: "NO SHOW" model alert~!!!
This note is to let 'Model Mayhem' producers know that the model "Valerie312" at Mayhem #2312352 Is a flake of a model. She has pulled two "NO SHOWS" on me with no explanation, and no notice of any kind.
After her first 'NO SHOW' , she called and practically begged me to forgive her and reset a new shoot. And, I did (my bad).
This behavior cost me a fee paid shoot I canceled to shoot with her, cost another model a chance for a shoot, and wasted my time and the time of the assistant and MUA I had booked for her shoot.
If you are considering her for a shoot, I suggest you rethink that idea.
As far as I am concerned, she owes me to day fee amounts, $750 each event for a total of $1500.
Of course I know she will not ever pay that. But as a photographer, I and fed up with this kind of unprofessional behavior.
If she had just "changed her mind" about shooting, all she had to do was call and let me know. That takes little effort.
If she will disrespect my time and efforts, she is likely to do the same to any other photographer, or art house, or Talent agent attempting to work with her.
I strongly urge you to avoid her, to shun her from any future work.
With this kind of behavior, her career as a model deserves to be over, even before it begins.
