My name is Cheryl Nacario, and I am a Stylist creating beauty in Southern California.

In my 20’s I studied & worked as a Ballroom Instructor/Dancer & Children’s Photographer. However, I always had a passion for Makeup.

In 2007, I started working with Aveda at their Experience Center in Southern California, moving quickly on to being an Aveda Freelance Artist (AFA). As an AFA, I had the opportunity to work with the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) at the 2008 Graduation Fashion Show, New York Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week S/S 2013 & F/W 2013. I was also involved in the initial Branding & Launch of PROPR (an Eco-Fashion Company started by Ben Harper, David Arquette, David Bedwell), & work with Kim Scheel (Founder of the SoHo Project) for Locks & Lollipops at the Los Angels Ronald McDonald House.

Continuing to define myself as a Stylist, I traveled to New York to study under leading makeup artist Rudy Miles; then retuned to Los Angeles, training with Janell Geason (2008 & 2009 NAHA Winner & Aveda Global Artist). In 2010-11, I attended All About Face Academy (LA), discovering different Makeup Specialties. Such as: Makeup for Film, Commercial Print, Special Effects, and Airbrushing. Those experiences have given me the opportunity to work with many inspirational teams at several fashion shows, including: The LA Fashion Market - Spring 2011, & LA Style Fashion Week 2011 representing NYX Cosmetics. Also in 2011 I brought in the Art of Hair Styling which open up a new avenue as Support Stylist with the nation's #1 ranked bridal beauty agency.
