Toni **STARR** Dion was born on November, 8 1989 in Santa Fe, Panama. Santa Fe is a lovely town in the mountains of Veraguas. She would play dress up and dance around the house for hours to the sounds of salsa, merengue, jazz, rock, or her personal favorite, reggae. Toni�s mother would weave baskets and make her outfits. �She always made the best tameles�, Toni says. Tameles are: boiled ground corn with spices, chicken or pork wrapped in banana leaf and boiled before serving. During the summer, **STARR** would visit the beach, or travel the mountains. In 1996, **STARR** and her mother moved to the states.

A star is what I want and will become. The name just pretty much sticks. Toni is a family house name; Dion is the carrying/supporter of the house. �So Toni* is sitting in the living room with her best friend joking and kidding around. She looks a t me and states�, �look at us, we are a family, we should come up with a house name�. Toni* screams, �DION�. And with everyone�s approval, Toni**STARR**DION, was given life and took to evolving in the industry.

**STARR�S** motivation for success is her desire for personal achievement, and her fighting, independent, strong mother. **STARR** has wanted the best of the best since she could remember, and her mother never let **STARR** go without. She constantly pushed and encouraged **STARR** to strive for success. **STARR** is looking up and headed straight to the top.

**STARR** is currently associated with Just Party Promotions as a model. She is currently working on her calendars and t-shirts. She is also working on her shoe line, �TSD�, and her **STARRdom** clothing line. There will be plenty of exciting events and promotions coming soon.
