I'm a retired professional roady and a current 3D digital artist. Some of my artwork is hosted on www.Renderosity.com under the artist name Replicant. There's two examples in my portfolio.
My interests are old-school rock music, computer graphics and fantasy fiction in the swords and sorcery genre.
I'm now looking toward expanding my digital art capabilities by integrating digital photos into rendered 3D fantasy settings.
I'll be looking to work with skilled MUAs who can create elaborate fantasy looks and with models both amateur and professional who share my interest. (You can pretend.) For fantasy themed shoots I will provide costumes/props and will be hoping to find a few models who can provide some suitable elements from their own wardrobes.
Some models will be likely to find themselves wearing prosthetic elven ear-tips and posing with some pretty savage looking weapons.
The fantasy stuff is a passion that I'm keen to indulge but I want to explore as many other genres as possible too from fashion to fetish and glamour to gothic. Somewhere out there is a niche with my name on it.
I'm an experienced film photographer but new to the world of digital cameras. I'll be looking to hire models regularly once I'm more accustomed to the complexities of a DSLR.
